Here are some more tutorials from CARtoons magazine. Don’t just look at them, give it a try! I highly recommend the artists (George Trosley) book, “HOW TO DRAW CARTOON CARS“, which has many many more excellent tutorials on how to draw most of the hotrods from the 60 and 70’s.

When I was a kid – OK it was quite a while ago – I just loved this magazine. I have managed to collect a few more over the years.
Not only did they inspire with some great hotrod drawing but they also included little tutorials on how to draw a hot rod.

Welcome to my blog. The goal of this blog is to allow me to share what I have learnt over the years and to give me a reason to practice my craft. It has been a very long time since I have done any drawing so please bear with me as I learn as you do.
Hopefully some of the resources I have discovered will help you as much as they help me.
My plan to is discuss and practice drawing and some 3d work. Perhaps some story telling info will work its way in as well.
